QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Before you enquire.
Can I enquire before deciding the concept or music?
Yes. The concept can start from the performance, mood and entrance. Editing existing music and composing new music are separate services; original composition is outside the base package.
How much time should I allow?
Production typically takes about 14 days after the assets and structure are confirmed. Please also allow time for discussion, review, revisions and venue playback testing.
Does JPY 50,000 cover the full sample length?
The base package covers up to 60 seconds, independently of the full sample duration. Extensions start at JPY 15,000 per additional 30 seconds and require a quote.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two revision rounds are included. Major changes after structure approval, reworking approved sections and extra revision rounds are quoted separately.
Can you work with my venue’s screen?
Standard delivery is Full HD (1920 × 1080), landscape 16:9 MP4. Discuss unusual aspect ratios or resolutions in advance, and test the final file on the venue equipment before the event.
Can you include photos, logos or performer footage?
Supplied assets can be considered. Please confirm the rights and permissions for music, photos, footage, logos and likenesses. Exact AI reproduction of a person or performance requires a feasibility review.
Are filming and on-site playback included?
The service covers video production and file delivery. Filming, venue equipment and on-site playback operation are outside the scope. The ending is planned around the blackout, entrance or song start.
